Dan King concentrates his practice at the Firm in the area of construction and contract law, including litigation, dispute avoidance, and contract preparation and negotiation.  Mr. King works with contractors and other participants in the construction industry on a variety of matters involving payment and performance claims on public and commercial construction projects.  Mr. King also handles commercial lease disputes and litigation involving financial institutions.

 

Mr. King is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry and is on the Steering Committee for the Forum’s Division 7 – Liens, Bonds and Insurance.  He is also a member of the Construction and Surety Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
